Remove the Inacessible Designation from a Space

Sometimes, spaces that were previously inaccessible become accessible once more. These spaces can have their inaccessible designation updated in STARS by deleting the room from the department's Inaccessible Locations worklist. Once this action has been completed, assets in the location return to the normal inventory process and can be scanned like any other property.
